Joy of Helping has been participating in yearly camps since 1984, working alongside doctors, volunteers, and trustees in various capacities. Since 2000, they have been contributing a significant amount of money, both from family members and friends. They were responsible for managing, collecting, and donating a substantial sum annually to support the cardiac camps. These camps focused on selected children and impoverished working women who suffered from heart diseases such as ASD, VSD, MVR, DVR, and PDA. The organization organized volunteers who took care of the heart patients throughout the entire surgical process.
Since the Gujarat government supported underprivileged and low-income families, Bidada Trust had been able to send all their cardiac patients to Karamsad private hospital since 2015.
