My Choices Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting and empowering vulnerable women and children affected by domestic violence, abuse, and human trafficking.
Through safe shelter, rehabilitation, counselling, and educational support, the foundation works to help survivors rebuild their lives with dignity, safety, and hope.
Impact and Progress of Our Work with My Choices Foundation in 2025:
Joy of Helping has supported My Choices Foundation in strengthening its efforts to provide safety, care, and opportunities for vulnerable women and children.
- Through the Lotus Safe Home, the organization provided safe shelter and rehabilitation services to 226 women and 168 children. Survivors also received counselling, medical support, and vocational training, helping them regain confidence and work towards independent living.
- Joy of Helping also supported the IP Counsellor Program, which provided counselling and psychosocial support to women and children affected by domestic violence and trafficking. The initiative handled 4,760 counselling cases, conducted 28,848 counselling sessions, and reached over 31,000 women and children through community outreach and awareness programmes.
- Recognizing the importance of education, Joy of Helping supported the education of Putta Shravani by providing school fee assistance for the 2025–2027 academic period, enabling uninterrupted learning despite financial challenges.
- Together, these initiatives strengthen survivor protection, expand access to mental health support, promote education, and create opportunities for long-term rehabilitation. Through its partnership with My Choices Foundation, Joy of Helping continues to empower women and children to lead safer, more independent, and fulfilling lives.
